Bulk Uploading

Select organizers will have access to the Omeka S server to upload files in bulk. This is useful for large collections of items that need to be added to the Omeka S instance all at once.

To have access to the storage servers, you'll need to contact the AAC organizers to get your username and password. Once you have that, you can follow these tutorials to set up your computer to access the server and upload files.

1. Setup FileZilla to access the server's file system.
2. Setup Putty to access the server command line
3. Compress Files to prepare your files for upload.
4. Upload Files to the server using FileZilla.
5. Verifying Files to ensure the integrity of the files you uploaded.
